Refund Policy

At [Your Business Name], we strive to provide reliable and timely dumpster rental services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.


1. Cancellations

A. Before Delivery:
If you cancel your dumpster rental at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a small processing fee (if applicable).

B. Same-Day or Last-Minute Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $100 to cover fuel, scheduling, and dispatch costs.


2. Refused or Inaccessible Delivery

If our driver cannot safely deliver the dumpster due to blocked access, unpermitted locations, or incorrect delivery instructions, a trip fee of $75–$100 may apply. No refund will be issued unless rescheduling is arranged within 48 hours.


3. Early Pickups

No refunds will be issued for early pickups. Once the dumpster is delivered and accepted, the full rental amount applies regardless of how long you use the container.


4. Overweight or Overfilled Dumpsters

Customers are responsible for all overweight or overfilled dumpster charges. These fees are non-refundable and will be billed after the container is emptied and weighed.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

To request a refund or inquire about charges, please contact us by phone or via the contact form on our website. Be sure to include your:

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

  • Invoice or order number

  • Reason for your request


7. Disputes

If a refund is denied and you wish to dispute the charge, we encourage you to contact us first. We will make every effort to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
